As many are aware Covid did a number on the rental market in SF. This was the first time I ever in the history of owning property, was caught off guard and had trouble renting my units. I had 3 units in the Mission that went empty as everyone fled the city. I started asking around and my bookkeeper recommended Gigi to help get them rented. I met with her and she was very nice and assured me that even during the tough time she could get the units rented. Prior to this I was trying to rent them out myself but was having a tough time. I absolutely adore Gigi. She found me the most amazing apartment in the Mission District when I relocated from Sweden. Gigi - friendly, and fun, as a San Fransisco native she knows the city in and out, and she very quickly figured out what area and what place would suit me. Always answering the phone, always very professional. Plus: Always a smile. I highly recommend Gigi - she made me feel safe and supported during the whole relocation process.

Gigi helped us find a new tenant for our home. She was delightful to work with, kind, and thorough. We ended up with great people and the process was flawless for all. We'll definitely work with Gigi again.
