I absolutely adore Gigi. She found me the most amazing apartment in the Mission District when I relocated from Sweden. Gigi - friendly, and fun, as a San Fransisco native she knows the city in and out, and she very quickly figured out what area and what place would suit me. Always answering the phone, always very professional. Plus: Always a smile. I highly recommend Gigi - she made me feel safe and supported during the whole relocation process.
Gigi helped us find a new tenant for our home. She was delightful to work with, kind, and thorough. We ended up with great people and the process was flawless for all. We'll definitely work with Gigi again.
Gigi helped us buy our first home, in San Francisco! I actually didn't think this was possible for me but with the help and diligence Gigi had, we did it! I love my house and couldn't have done it without her. She is really fun to look at houses with too! She know the city like the back of her hand and worked really hard for us. She knows the ins and outs of the market and is very resourceful, communicative, and fast!
We worked with Gigi to purchase our first house (and we chose one of the hardest cities to do that in, San Francisco). She was fantastic at helping us nail down all the different parts of buying a house. Of course, we were newbies so we texted, called, and emailed a bunch and Gigi was very responsive and patient with us. When it came time to write an offer she gave excellent advice and even got us our home under the asking price (I feel like the only one who can say that in SF!).
